As of July 2, 2026, The Cheesecake Factory's publicly available materials state: A March 14, 2024 press report quoted the company's menu as stating that tipping is entirely voluntary and that an 18% suggested tip is added for parties of 8 or more, with payment of that amount not required. No mandatory service charge was found in current use as of July 6, 2026. The menu language itself was not independently re-confirmed against a current menu as of July 11, 2026.
